Did you ever receive a reply from Davyd?
I’m not sure if VS Media is processing Paxum payments? I use ACH and I’m guessing Bjorn uses Wire, hence the $40 fee. I would suggest switching to one of those two methods if you want to get paid quicker. I would switch in NATS and also notify Davyd via email you want to switch your payment method.
That’s just my two cents as to what worked for me… Can’t guarantee you the same results.
And Davyd does take his time to get back to you via email and it usually involves nagging him a few times.

Got paid on the 16th via Paxum 
The pending payment was set to Paypal. But had change the payment method to Paxum some months ago.
