Just checking stats for athleticmodelguild.com / AMG Cash and notice that they have never paid out a single commission owed to me since i signed up in 2006.
Has anyone got any experiance with them, know them…??

We have noticed the same issue with Athletic Model Guild on MenOnTheNet.com.
Per our Standard Operational Procedures we have suspended the program until Freya can make contact and/or resolve the issue.

How interesting. These guys choose not to pay out affilaites (at least not gaydemon and MOTN) but still send out Press releases and from what it looks like are doing well:

I’ve emailed them again, no response to my email I sent them on the 11th of May. Its not a huge amount they owe, just $500. But it doesnt matter. I really dont put up with no payments.

So why don’t you issue a press release and send it to XBIZ? Seriously, I’d at least send a note to XBiz at the press release e-mail address. And there is a phone number and e-mail address in that press release, I’d contact them as well. The more of a stink you start to make, the more likely you are to get your money.

I finally heard back from them!! They said that they not recieved any of my (countless) previous emails. I think what did it, is that I cc;ed the video distributor on my last email to them.

Just an update. These guys still have not paid. They still owe me a considerable amount. :grrr:
I did have an answer from someone but they have gone and disappeared.
It seems owing people money is nothing they worry much about… they rather concentrate on producing new videos.

I’ve known Dennis at AMG for years and I can’t imagine that he would not pay on purpose. I’ve never had a problem.

I have, and did speak to him. He told me he would look into it, but that was several weeks ago. And now I don’t get any replies at all.
The way he responded made it sound like it wasnt really of importance or any priority to him to get it sorted out.
Unfortunately I’m not the only one they owe money either.

According to their self-generated press releases and awards nominations, they are big stuff.
NOT if they don’t pay their bills.
I’d stop driving traffic after 30 days non-payment.

are people still out money?
if they are it’s too bad cuz i’ve always been a MAJOR fan of that ‘classic’ look.

I would not recommend using them. They still owe me money but do not respond to any emails. I kept emailing them for several months, never getting replies then finally i get:

Which is utter rubbish, I keep track of every single $ and know exactly what I’m owed. I wouldnt be in business if I didnt keep track of sponsors.

Ask to see a copy of that canceled check for $501.16.
That is if you can actually get him to respond…
So his affiliates numbers are messed up, he doesn’t know why, but he knows for certain that he has paid you $501.16 and owes you $8.94, but the numbers are wrong.
Interesting.
If he was going to play the “everything is messed up game,” he should have at least been smart enough to not use the numbers in his favor and then claim they are messed up when they need to be in your favor.
