my guess is not legal - when i go to a full length video’s page, i don’t see ads for the paysite the video is actually from. but keep in mind this is only a guess…

Just going through the first couple of pages I don’t see how this could be legal. These are all full scenes including the cum shots and, as Basschick said, I didn’t see one sponsor link

For whatever this is worth, the following goes slowly across the top of videos about 8 minutes into the videos: “This video was uploaded to www.xvideos.com.” I only checked out a couple but it was identical.

It is probably illegal as I don’t believe that you can license Zeb Atlas or the vintage Peter North DVDs.
Keep in mind that just because a site has full scenes and no sponsor ads, doesn’t mean it illegal. The new trend in building a tube site is to go shopping at a content producer that sells DVDs and then rip them for the tube site. Gives the tube site an instant library of full length videos.
The question to ask in this case - are these DVDs that you can license. There is some vintage porn there that I would love to license.

i pull good sales from there, one of the few big tubes that actually does take uploads and with watermarks. I never do full length tho 10 mins max on a big gangbang 2hours long.
