Just started to block Mississippi, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia. But I notice that majority of sites do not.
Just wondering how many do or why you haven’t blocked? Is it not risky to keep serving a site there?
I have not, nor will I unless the local laws change. VPNs are widely available and make any geographic blocks a joke. What I have is legal not only where I live, but where my servers are located. If foreign governments want to restrict access, they can certainly do ISP-level blocks or instruct people how to do it.
