Is this site legal:

I’m sure Eurocream etc has nothing to do with them and wouldnt be to happy about having their videos offered for download… for a fee…

The owners submitted this site to gaydemon to get listed, but surely its not legal? These videos are stolen, right?

I also found they run 2 other sites offering videos to download, I dont recognize the content so maybe they do own it?

Not sure if its stolen or not, but the color scheeme on that first site is wrong on so many levels.

I am very sure Eurocreme has nothing to do with them, will send it off to Steve.

if you click on the DVD images on the side, it goes to homoactive-affiliates, which then redirects to homoactive.com, which is a Eurocreme site…so it may be ok.

Unless of course they are trying to be too clever for their own good and trying to get commission from both stolen videos and selling the full dvds.

Thanks, the site also have a affiliate program. Just so hard to know sometimes who one can link to or not.

iDeal is one of their processors. It’s a corporate service from some of the bigger banks in Holland (ABN, Fortis, ING, Postbank, Rabobank & SNS)
They are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and do have a valid VAT number.

The domains are registered by a company that works in arts, print and design, but they have tried to sold the complete affiliate program in January 2008. I am not sure wether they are still the owners at this moment.

It seems to be a legit company, but I am not sure if they play by the rules.

Absolutly, legit but as you say might not be playing by the rules. Well IF they are not, they are certainly easy to go after legally.

They use paypal as one of their processors, but looks like the account has been de-activated … wonder why?

Eurocreme does have some of its DVDs available as pay to view, and they have an affiliate schweme, but as far as I know all transactions are done through homoactive.tv and another site in US, studmall.

thanks, i presume then this is illegal site. Specially since they used Paypal. Thanks for the info.
