For those of you who have old blogs on Thumblogger or Sensualwriter or have links up that lead to blogs hosted on these two services or to any of Twan’s directories:
All his sites are down for 3 days now. Rumor is he didn’t pay his hosting bill and I get the feeling that his sites won’t return anymore. You might want to delete all links that lead to his domains.

I put a lot of those links up a few years ago and after a few months and no traffic, I just dumped them all. One of the reasons I’m pretty careful now about doing link trades, they’re most not worth it, although I have a few that are pretty lucrative.

I have two blogs on Thumblogger & Sensualwriter.Today I noticed in LinkSpun that one of my return links was missing so I tried to log into SensualWriter to remove my link back to them and couldn’t log in. I checked with the website isitupordown and it reported it was down also. I then came here and saw this thread.
The funny thing is if I have LinkSpun check the links it reports that my link on Sensualwriter as being there? So either Linkspun can access SensualWriter just fine or it isn’t actually checking?

Thanks PocoLoco … I had asked about this on GWW but didn’t get a response. Thanks for the directory list too, as I had no idea which of his I was doing link trades with.

In fairness to him, it’s not easy running a blog hosting service. He did better than me! Just hope it comes back online again so people can export their blogs.
