I’ve had problems in the past with Thumblogger and the use of copyright content, bascially the owner of Thumblogger does not respond to DMCA notices or any other support emails for that matter.
And this is a good example of what type of blogs Thumblogger is hosting, this one is sharing out full DVDs:

Usually I send an email to their host and that always helps. But with thumblogger I have no idea.

He shouldn’t be hosting the sites in the first place, its a small enough operation that he can easily validate and check blogs before the accounts are approved properly. If I can do it, so can he/they.
I had my copyright material used on several blogs on his network, I was totally ignored and never had a response.
