Spicevids Gay - 24000 full scenes from all major sponsor programs

So I recently discovered Adults Force new site called Spicevids Gay which contains some 24,000+ full scenes from more or less all major programs under a single membership.

What’s the point of joining the individual sites if its all there with one membership? Am I missing something here?

As it is now I should just promote Spicevids Gay more and not push the individual sites any more. So for example stop promoting Wolf Cash, Indie Bucks, Male Revenue, Zbuckz etc…

List of sites here: Spicevids Gay

As I told you via email Bjorn, we did not license our videos for use on this website.

I think what they did is took every video ever uploaded to PornHub Premium and made a website out of it (without permission from any of the sponsors, at least they never asked or informed us).

We are alerting our DMCA company now. Please note that any affiliates that use our content to promote SpiceVids will also get a DMCA notice from us.

I just reached out to our rep at MG as we did not approve of this either. She immediately Skyped me back that she is looking into it. I gave her this thread as a reference. This is NOT what we signed on for.

If it was a legit program, wouldn’t the various sponsors let you know about it? It makes me wonder about the megasites like Adult Time and Adult Prime (these two are very legit and open about who is in and who isn’t). Why promote one paysite when there are these Netflix-type sites out there? And how do you tell the cheats from the real thing?

We did upload our videos in the past to PornHub Premium as a part of their “ViewShare program” which is no longer active since they got in trouble with MasterCard. However, we never agreed for our content to be used on any other websites, or for it to be marketed in this way on a competing paysite / affiliate platform. We’ve also had our Anti-Piracy company (DMCA Force) email them and are waiting for their reply.

I have reached out to our reps at NMG who handle our PH Premium content to get this resolved for us as we never approved this either.

Yep. They knew we and all the other sponsors didn’t give permission for this and they did it anyway without even bothering to ask or inform.

Also nice of them to list all our 2257 details as “partners” without permission:

Very likely there was a “we can do whatever we want with your content” clause in the PornHub Premium terms of service.

And just a correction. Fratx is no longer part of MaleRevenue and it looks like there are no other MaleRevenue sites listed there. But we also did not “opt in” to this program/site.

What a mess… I would like to hear what Adult Force says about it. Please do share with us if you hear from them.

Pretty much this. We will be having them taken down, and our content can not be used to promote sites other than our own sites.

From asking around, there are more programs than those who have replied here who are impacted and will be taking similar action.

No, I found examples from for example HungYoungBrit… there’s probably more that just that site.

There’s a lot of your content on there.

The list of sites actually included is more accurate on the 2257 page they have. If your site is on it, the videos are there for their members to see:

I reviewed the site, so I’ve been inside the members area. Every video has a link on the episode’s page that links to the producer, so a Bear Films video has a link to the Bear Films website using what I assume is an Adult Force affiliate link.

The site operates on a $0 7-day trial, so it won’t cost you anything to sign up and check out your sites here.

You will probably have to update the review soon when the number of scenes decreases rapidly

Thanks. We will follow up.

My biggest issue is them promoting it on AdultForce for affiliates to use. If they behaved like Premium did, just with a different name to process cards again, I’d be fine with it. And if they pushed it as hard from PH, so the revenues for studios was strong like before. But letting their affiliates push it and pay us peanuts for new content is not what I signed up for.

Yes, exactly this Brent. I used to be quite happy with PH Premium before they lost their credit card processing as it brought in extra revenue both from the viewshare and premium traffic to our paysites.

I did just receive a reply from them saying they sent an email out in January about it (which no one I know actually received). What they are doing is getting everyone’s content for free and then charging pennies for it, which isn’t fair to anyone. As studios we have to spend many hours of our time as well as many thousands of dollars on content, it’s sites like this that make it worthless. At least with Premium it wasn’t part of an affiliate program and was meant as a way to upsell your paysites to their premium members. This is not what any of us signed up for.

That’s exactly what it is. I never got that email. Maybe NMG did on our behalf but I never heard boo about it.
