Sites Using Stolen Content

Moderators please copy this to the Blacklisted Sites forum.

The person who runs these sites is believed to be known as “Slade” on some of the boards. As discussed in detail in this thread at GMS, I had this guy’s CCBill account shut down. He’s now processing through zombaio.

cumclassics.com

He is also tied to these domains (possibly more):

manvids.com
ahmen.tv
gayclassic.com
gayboyslinks.com
homoboxoffice.tv
gaypornpilot.com
gayboyslinks.com
24hourmen.com
moxiesites.com
28bbl.com
adultmalemodel.com

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

just to give details, in the other thread seth says the guy has stolen his text word-for-word, and also stolen images from GuysGoCrazy. the guy says it’s not his site. as usual, my password for gms doesn’t work, so i’m unable to read page 2.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

A little more detail (moderators if I post info that’s not allowed please modify the post, not quite sure what’s ok)

Cumclassics.com
Douglas Brown
[email protected]
Doug (Slade) identified by Bec in 2006 as being owner of cumclassic.com in this thread
Other sites on his server:

Skilledwebtechs.com
Northwestpersonnel.com
24hourmen.com
28bbl.com
Adultmalemodel.com
Adultwebtechs.com
Ahmen.tv
Cumclassics.com
Gayboyslinks.com
Gayclassic.com
Gaypornpilot.com
Homoboxoffice.tv
Manvids.com

Todays public whois for Skilledwebtechs.com is the same as cumclassics before it transferred to hidden registration:

Likemind Pty Ltd
#13327-239 George St
MLC Centre Shop 302
Brisbane, Queensland 4003
Australia
(040) 113-5025
[email protected]

His Moxisites.com domain shows an address in Seattle, but he used an Australia based registrar to register the name: MELBOURNE IT, LTD. D/B/A INTERNET NAMES WORLDWIDE , as can be seen on this whois page.

I know nothing about Slade (Douglas Brown) other then this public info.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

This is odd… I just Googled “Likemind Pty Ltd” , the whois owner for the Slade sites and found that Hunkmoney.com is owned by Likemind Pty Ltd as well. The addresses are essentially the same, and they share the same phone number.

Is our Hunk Money Luke also Slade, or are they business partners of some sort? I have no idea, just wondering.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

are the email addresses the same? if not, my first guess is that someone is using luke’s whois info with a different email address instead of their own whois info.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

You’re right, that is very odd… However, not for a second do I think they are one in the same. These are little-almost nothing websites we’re talking about here run by someone who barely has a clue what he’s doing. That’s definitely not Luke.

My guess is it’s either what basschick said above, or maybe Luke helped out this guy in the past with domain registrations or hosting or something.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

i didn’t find the same information from google. also when i do a whois for Cumclassics.com i get different information than for luke’s sites. the name servers are different and Cumclassics.com uses domainsbyproxy’s info:

                             Registrant

          Domains by Proxy, Inc.
          (480) 624-2599 Phone
          (480) 624-2598 Fax
          DomainsByProxy.com
          15111 N. Hayden Rd., Ste 160, PMB 353
          Scottsdale, Arizona 85260
          United States
                       [email protected]

and as a business name it just says Cumclassics.com

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

Basschick,

I think Squirt is using a historical whois search.

When I first posted about this on August 20th, it did match.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

what the fuck??? This is totally illegal. None of those domains above are mine or have ever been mine. He is illegally using my company name. I am contacting my lawyer about this.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

Sorry to hear about this Luke, its horrible when you suddenly find yourself in the middle of this kind of stuff. I do hope you can get to him and all of this sorted out.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

i figured that was it. aside from your own honesty, which i have never heard questioned, why would there be a different email address?

isn’t speakeasy.net that site where you can check your internet speed?

the whois info has been changed, but i still hope luke can do something about it. perhaps icann won’t be too pleased that these guys used someone else’s info for domain registration.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

You know the funny thing about this whole thing is, it was some text/exact wording of mine he was using that first alerted me. If he would have simply taken it down & apologized, that would have been the end of it at least on my end. I still would have alerted the other producers, but I wouldn’t have personally pursued getting his CCBill account shut down.

I just got really pissed off because he has continually denied it and tried to make me look like the bad guy over on GMS.

I’ve never seen inside his members area(s). I wouldn’t be surprised they’re packed full of stolen content.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

Just an idea, but if its all in Luke’s company name, isnt he then the righful owner… and could claim the domains are rightfully his and should be moved over to his servers or something. Not sure there is any value in the domains but at least it would be a way of getting back at him.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

Slade doesn’t even post here to defend himself. I think this is kinda ridiculous posting this in a place where he doesn’t even read it to give his side of the story. Slade has said it that it isn’t him, and what has been posted about him is sketchy information, at best.

IMO, there are some much bigger con artists on this board, which most people aren’t too concerned about. Its a bit worrisome that in this industry, on the boards in particular, if you are liked, you can get away with theft and people will take up for you, delete threads, etc. If you are an unknown, then you can just be taken to the cleaners, have your reputation ruined over what really amounts to not a whole lot of proof.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

No one is stopping him from joining to respond, if he wishes, or stopping anyone from telling, or pointing him to this thread.

The policy here is that we do not delete threads. Posts with questionable content have been removed with an explanation as to why they have been edited.

I believe this forum does insure that personal attacks are kept to a minimum, unlike other forums.

The posting of this info wasn’t for Slade’s benefit. Exactly the opposite. Anyway, I asked Slade on GMS to identify himself & state who he works for or what sites he runs. He has continually refused to do so. He hides behind a nickname and cartoonish avatar with no sites or company listed (like you I might add).

Dean, I don’t really care if you don’t think there isn’t enough proof. Anyone with half a brain will see otherwise. Seriously!

This defending of thieves is sickening at best. Interesting how its usually people who troll the boards anonymously that are the first to defend and take offense to accusations.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

Looks like our actions here worked. The whois information for skilledwebtechs has been changed http://whois.domaintools.com/skilledwebtechs.com

FYI, I found out godaddy has a system in place to report invalid whois information at http://who.godaddy.com/ReportInvalidWhois.aspx?domain=domain.com (replace domain.com with the domain you are reporting).

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

Well if someone is using Identity theft for domain’s whois information, you can pretty much count on those domains being/having been used for shady practices and I wouldn’w want them anywhere near my servers. He probably cannot claim ownership until he gets the login information for those registrar accounts.

Re: Sites Using Stolen Content

He has already responded on another board. Weeks ago, this drama is old, worn out, and IMO tired. It’s the same stuff that has already been posted.

The policy here is that we do not

I should have clarified that a little more. I actually wasn’t speaking about this board, just other boards in general. The whole thing frustrates me to no end when someone get dragged through the mud with little to no evidence, yet when something happens with a ‘bro’ its blown off.
