Does anyone know of a tool that can neatly create a html page from an xml sitemap?
Other option is for me to do it all manually :no:

Blogs Organizer creates both an html and an xml sitemap for blogs created by Blogs Organizer, but this is not the simple tool you are looking for.

You dont need to. XML is just a better version of HTML. You can simply add a seperate CSS file / styles for the XML page to make it look the way you want it.
XML styles exactly like HTML or XHTML.
Some major sites (if you look closely) are no longer HTML they are XML. Dont ask me which ones because i cant remember lol
