Referral Affiliate, Partner Bonus Program - Need advice please!

We’re looking into starting up a Partner Bonus Program with CCBill to encourage referral affiliates.

Completely new to this. What experience have other paysite peeps had? What percentage should the referral affiliates receive? Any tips of what mistakes not to make and how to work together with this?

WebRef we usually set at between 5-10%
