Has anyone successfully implemented Proxypass with a CDN? My host is having a hell of a time. We can monitor logins no problem, but bandwidth/download monitoring is proving to be very difficult.
Any ideas/tricks or maybe a solution that plays with a CDN better than Proxypass?
