Is it only me who been lucky enough to get blog comment spam from PornHub.com? They keep submitting comments with links to their (pirate?) tube. Of course it won’t get published but it is bloody annoying. :bang:

yes, i get them all the time, i have now blocked their IP in my firewall so they cant even connect. As the IP was the same all the time

No I don’t. I mean pornhub.com, giant tube site. They keep spamming me, and guess what… they don’t reply to any emails. Fucking spammers. I really can’t stand spammers. And they must be pretty stupid to think that doing blog comment spam is going to improve their SEO, if anything it’s only going to get them banned or penalized.

Never got spam comments from pornhub, but from pornhub4u. They add comments with links to main page and mobile links.

Seems that’s how several tube sites get or have gotten their traffic.
It is indeed, very annoying. Thankfully for blogs there are plugins (akismet) that deal with most of it, but it’s still such a drain on your time to have to read each comment and check each link in the comments to make sure it’s not just a spamment.

pornhub dominates the serps for pretty much every adult term it would take more than some comment spam to dislodge it.

pornhub4u looks like they are using some kind of trojan or spam relay service of some kind as all their comments in my blogs all have different IP’s, different names, different email addresses… the names and emails of course can be random, but the IP’s are picked up by the server and recorded in the comment… so are they using trojans? are they using some kind of spam software across a broad range of ip’s they control?

This is kind of off subject but still is…
I sent them a DMCA a couple of times in the past. Sparatically, I guess they liked me so much I’m on their “e-letters” so now they solicit me with more pirated porn e-mails lol. (Never signed up with their site).
