    you will notice that the video is from dallasreeves but it has gay-bb.net added to it and this url goes to-

  2. Reporting to pornguardian-
    It is obvious that some porn providers do not take any action when their pirated material is reported and that some do take action-
    for example-

    was reported on November 16-
    it now has this notice-
    We received a request to have this video deleted. It has been automatically disabled until we hear from the uploader. It will then be deleted or reinstated.

    whereas-

    and
    http://www.xvideos.com/video952413/three_horny_waiters_zack_ayden_jayden
    were reported at the same time but are obviously still there- what does this tell affiliates about these studios?

Yes, unfortunately someone who doesn’t like me decided to hijack a domain and use my brand and gaydemon name. That site has nothing to do with me. :grrr:

This lot took me about 15mins to find and report- I made a search for “Tommy twink” and Jesse twink and chose the longest running videos first-

Odd. This is what I see;
The server at gaydemon.me can’t be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website’s name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network.

They host all of those videos on a free hosting service called Powvideo. I have been sending DMCA notices to that hosting service yesterday, but our videos are still online.

According to their TOS Powvideo does not allow anyone to upload copyrighted material.

You promise that you have all intellectual property rights (including without limitation copyright and trademark rights), licenses, and permissions that may be needed to upload, store, or share your User Content. By uploading, storing, or sharing any User Content, you promise that doing so does not infringe any intellectual property rights of another person.

Lets see how long it takes before they delete them.

It would be very easy to get that domain but with an attorney fees and everything else it would be over 1,500. You have a brand you can prove with GayDemon. I did it with over 40 cybersquatters.

Yes, I do own the trademarks so could do it. It’s a matter of money and question is, if I take the domain what stops that person from just getting another?

By the way, if you have any recommendation for lawyer please let me know. The one I have used in the past is rather expensive.

That is the definition of ‘Lawyer’ :wink: for routine tasks like this though I would suspect that you could get a flat fee quotation. we have had to do this many times (I would always recommend going for a domain that breaches on your trademark… If you don’t, it is saying you don’t care about the trademark and that can be used against you in future cases where it may be more important.
Chad may be able to refer you to someone…

UDRP is a place you should never, ever go without a good attorney! It is a one-shot deal, no appeals, so if you don’t do it right the first time, the game is over.
