You don’t have metas setup for description or keywords and you also haven’t opted to use the immensely simple http://rtalabel.org/howto.php meta tag to help keep kids off the sites.
The very first text on the page is the warning. You also have used an H3 tag to emphasize that. When your page gets spidered, the warning text is what will end up as a description, especially since there isn’t a description meta in place. I’d opt to put a really nice block of RELEVANT keyworded descriptive text about the free site content where you have the warning. Move the warning down over the entry link. Also, there’s nothing that says your warning has to be physical text, perhaps opt to get a graphic made that says all that crap and just hook it up with a nice keyword name like sexylads.jpg or whatever.
On a very technical note, the banners on the “warning page” aren’t supposed to show nudity, just in case some kid or clueless housewife does end up there and really doesn’t want to see naked men.
Your thumbs and large images are very nicely done, good size and weight. Pages loaded fast! I don’t agree with the quantity of pics and galleries you’re giving away per site, but that depends on where you want to list the sites and their submission rules I suppose.
[QUOTE=Bec;4675]Just some fast notes on things I noticed.

thanks bec, theres some good points there. gonna change those stuff
that would make sense basschick come to think about it, would wrap the text with a link at the top and one at the bottom. would you even make the text a link itself?
unfortunately ukscallylads only has two pretty amateur banners, but for other sites should i perhaps use openx to have them rotating? what do you think?
Any web page not using a no follow tag or restricted by a membership password situation, can be and eventually will be, spidered. The key to good SEO though is to change the description and keywords used on a PER PAGE basis … ie: make them relevant to the actual content and text used on THAT page.
Yea, it takes time to do that. Copying the first page as a template and just reusing it would save time, and to a point you CAN do that, and just make some adjustments to the keywords and page title as you build each new page.
And don’t get insane on the keyword usage. If you can write a nice piece of text and use 3 good keywords, fine. More is not better, especially if g**gle can’t find anything on the page that actually USES that keyword. Using keywords that aren’t relevant will HURT your listing within the search engines.
I “break” some rules in that I put nudity on my warning pages, but I do label them. Very rarely do I get my warning pages indexed. Usually it’s an internal page. If someone is visiting my site from a link list, then they pretty much can expect nudity.
On the warning page, the text you used in the meta description isn’t on the page itself. That little spatter of text before the enter link isn’t the block of descriptive text you should have happening after your “site” title table. Try to get some nice text happening ON the warning page … like what you have for the site description for alex boys on the next page that has the links to the galleries.
Don’t think of that warning page as a warning page, think of it as another page that can and does = sales! It’s definately money making real estate. You can promote 2 different sponsors on that page if you want, just with some vanilla banners or images and HOT sales text.
Okay cool. So I need a paragraph that really sells the sponsor and a vanilla banner. But also, I’m wondering, isn’t text advertising with words like ‘fucking’ etc just as bad as seeing a naked guy on a banner?
I’m all for protecting minors etc, but couldn’t a kid just land on a gallery just as easily as they could land on the warning page by accident? I have put up the labels etc. What are your thoughts on that?
XXX words are fine with me on the warning page, just not XXX images.
You’ve obviously made improvements based on the good advice previously given, and I think your sites look good, better than a lot of free sites around. Now the proof will be in the sales stats!
