Media Buyer Spam [MENHDV]

Hi guys

I keep getting spam from [email protected] asking me to buy ads. I was at first interested, but after the 5th time of asking for a custom GA report to verify stats i got nowhere. Just more spam with the same copy and paste email.

I might actually buy something if they give me the reports i asked for. Based on this, i would say BEWARE.

Also based on my followup, both of these spots were sold last month, and are now available again- probably meaning they are not profitable…

Message copy (i had this 7 times in about 2 months)

''Hi,
My site is Menhdv.com
Daily traffic about 60K
Detailed Info in attached GA report for Last 7 days
NTV A - 75-80K Impressions daily
NTV B - 70-75K daily

We can set 3 day-test for $200 - both spots

I am doing a trial test with them now on a PPS basis. I will be able to provide some stats for the in-player ad space.

I’ve been approached by a few scammers trying to sell ad spots on sites that they do not even own. This one seemed legit, no multiple emails, and were also willing to do PPS test. Anyone who isn’t, you should really question, do they own the site, and how confident are they in their traffic.

I definitely will not be purchasing a spot from them.
