This was just released, and looks rather interesting. It is an INTERNAL LINKING plugin, though it can be used to link keywords to external URL’s as well.
What appears to be the MAJOR DIFFERENCE, is you can make a keyword link active or inactive for any individual post. Seems like a good way to build up reference to particular posts, using a keyword.
