You know how on CCBill join pages you can view the page source and look for your affiliate ID (“input type=hidden name=ccbill_referer value=”) to make sure your link is working properly and the cookie was set?
What about on sites that use some type of intermediate join page before getting to CCBill, such as Bait Buddies:

I don’t see any way to check for my referral ID on that page unless I do a fake registration.
Have any of you guys found a way around this?
And on a somewhat related topic, how do you feel about pages like this? Personally I don’t care for them.
