image subheaders and All in One SEO plugin

Please tell me if this is correct. If using an image(s) for the header (title, subheader), this plugin allows the SE’s to pick up the title, subheader (and therefore, the important keywords in it) by filling in the plugin settings for “Home Title, Home Description, and Home Keywords.” Right or not? Just as good as not using images or not?

IF I understand your question right, yes. What the plugins do is write the meta information into the head section of the page, listing the title, description, and keywords.
