“The Texas law, set to go into effect tomorrow, is now blocked. The judge excoriates the state of Texas, spends 80 pages detailing how the law is unconstitutional, ineffective and dangerous. (We tried telling them!) A huge victory, and sets the table for our fights in other states.”
