All my movies are illegal downloads in FILESMONSTER.

And if FILESMONSTER collaborates with criminals, must also be

Are you using their report abuse function? Or are you emailing [email protected]? I agree their platform is full of illegal shit, but they have always responded fast and removed all our videos when DMCA notices were sent through their contact form.

They have also setup a system where you can flag your files and they will be permanently blocked in their system. Try emailing [email protected] too.

The domain has been registered through DIRECTI INTERNET SOLUTIONS PVT. with privacy protection enabled. You could try sending the administrative contact an email and tell them to forward your mail. (If you get no answer in 24 hours call them).

If the content is still up in 48 hours contact the firm that hosts their server. Their host name resolves to 213.163.84.172 and the range this ip belongs to is owned by Serverboost. Email [email protected] with your issue.

Be polite and representable when contacting both privacy protect and serverboost. They have nothing to do with the stolen material directly, however if the material is not taken down from filesmonster.com’s servers Serverboost is legally bound to either remove it themselves or shut off access to the server/files. (the latter will be done in most cases.)
