Anyone have a DMCA link for lubeyourtube.com? I couldn’t find one on their site, and they are hosted outside the US with a private WHOIS.
Perhaps more to the point, does anyone have any experience in getting them to remove content? Are they responsive to DMCA requests?

The fact that there’s no DMCA takedown link on their site, no email at all except for their contact form, the Nevis and NZ addresses, and hidden ownership indicates to me that they aren’t terribly interested in complying with the law, but… we’ll see.

Not to mention the fact that they violate the trademarks of Google, Yahoo, Dogpile, Lycos and MSN in some of their domain names. Most of those companies have a history of suing to gain ownership of domains with their trademark in them.

Not surprisingly, I suppose, they haven’t responded to the DMCA notice at all, or at least, not yet.
I guess the next step is to go after their ISPs and billers. But the ISP and billers most likely don’t care either. Oh well.
