Copyright Infrigement

We’re having a hell of time getting our content removed from this site:

http://men4men.com/

We limit how much of an article goes out via RSS, which means they are literally coming to our site, stealing the content, and then reposting it on their site. We also block images from being able to be displayed on other sites via hotlinking, so this means they are also serving the images from their server after they have stolen our reviews or articles.

I’ve written to them, pointing out the ‘problem.’ But all they do is remove the content and move it to another section of their site. Which means they are getting our requests but still feel entitled to steal our writer’s contributions.

What’s the best way to deal with this? Their domain is GoDaddy-protected, so I can’t contact their host. Has anyone else found a successful way to deal with assholes like this?

Thanks

David K.

You might want to contact Dominic from Porn Guardian, they might be able to help you out.

All the content on http://men4men.com/magazine/ links to 703 or AEBN.

Is this just an Affiliate??

Re: Copyright Infrigement

A lawyer would be able to deal with it quite quickly and swiftly… and it doesn’t have to be that expensive. Maybe worth the cost with a repeat offender. Normally a letter from one is enough to get it sorted. If you need a good one let me know and I’ll send you details of mine.
