CCBill doesn't pay

Do you have same problem with SEPA payouts?

CCBill doesn’t payout already 10 days stating that transfers are being returned, but not providing any proofs. It is not possible, as they pay to my same bank account last twenty years and I never had a problems with my corporate bank account.

I already fed up with email ping pongs with their Serbian costumer service, which just answer using templates. I hope some one from CCBill USA is here on the board.

I never had problems with them. And now I decided to remove them and continue to use only Epoch, until they pay out.

They stopped paying out by SEPA to affilaites in April last year:

But I assume you mean to site owners? I’m guessing its for the same reason, maybe they just can’t operate in the EU or use EU Banking any more.

And no CCBill don’t use this forum or any other forum.

No they paid without problems to site owners via SEPA using
WORLD FIRST NETHERLANDS BV and money arrived immediately on Tuesday night.


As we mentioned before, payouts from April 14th have been resent on the 18th and you should be receiving the payout by the end of the this week.
The payout from April 21st was sent a day later on April 22nd due to bank holidays and you should be receiving this payout by next Tuesday at the latest. The official timeframe for international transfers has always been up to 5 business days. The quicker arrivals in the past were the best-case scenarios, but not always guaranteed, especially around holiday periods.

Regarding this week’s payout, the funds for our European merchants were processed via a European banking partner, which was directly affected by the extended Easter holiday closures. This, unfortunately, contributed to the delay.

We fully understand how difficult and frustrating this delay must be for you, and we want to assure you that your concerns are being taken seriously. Please rest assured that everyone at CCBill is doing everything possible to ensure your funds are delivered promptly. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this time.

but this is a bullshit. I asked several times for a proof of payment / money return. No answer. Only standart template answer. now 2 weeks no payments from them.

well hopefully it´s just a delay due to easter break.

Strange, if none of European merchant doesn’t have same payout issues?

Have you received any of the payments or are there several outstanding.

Don’t think there are that many European merchants.
