BuddyProfits Payment Issue - Contact Anyone?

Hi,

Does anyone have a direct contact for BuddyProfits?
Not the general affiliate email.
They used to have great support, but I have noticed a steady decline since last year.
I am missing a check from May and I have sent countless emails trying to find out the procedure for getting a replacement check.
No response. I received a cookie cutter response from accounting in June (has your address changed?) I responded and have
sent several emails since. No response from affiliate support or accounting.

There’s nothing wrong with them, I’ve been paid on time every time for many years. But they do have certain procedures and dates for payouts.

Try [email protected]

I didn’t say I hadn’t been paid.
A check is missing and I can’t get a response
There is something wrong with their support these days. They don’t respond. That’s wrong.
I have received checks from them for years, but if/when a check is missing or an affiliate sends an email,
it shouldn’t take 10 emails without a response and it’s been over a month.
Thanks, I will try Derrick

Derrick should be able to sort it out for you, but if not, I’ll try reaching out to a few other contacts there I have, and point them here.

You could also submit a support ticket (http://stats.gammae.com/stats/buddyprofits/contact-us) through their affiliate portal if you haven’t already done so? Sometimes they get through better than email.

Hope that helps.
Kevin.

As a matter of fact, in the last month they pay later than usual. So far, they’ve always been like clockwork, but things change. Not sure if the problem is in them or in Paxum, because Titan Men (Game Link) also late unusually long.

Paxum’s processor has been having delays with processing wires. I discovered this when I wired money from my Paxum account to my bank account last week. It sat around for three days while the processor hand checked every request and this created a backlog. It took eight days for my wire to arrive in my bank account.

So if payments from sponsors are later than usual, this could also be the cause since sponsors have to wire money to Paxum.

Yes, I assumed that was probably the reason, because it’s been happening too massively lately. I strongly hope that with the start of Bitsafe, Paxum will no longer be the only option.

I had a question for them which I sent via the affiliatte website some month back and have had no reply?
