An Apple Inc lawyer said the iPhone and iPad maker may seek a legal order stopping the launch of Samsung Electronics Co Ltd’s Galaxy S III phone in the United States later this month

Both companies are constantly fighting each other in court and try to ban products from the competitor in many countries. There was a sales ban on iphones and ipad in Germany in December / January.

I do think Apple is a bit scared, now that Samsung is market leader on the smartphone market and keeps increasing their share.
