Just 3 weeks ago talked to the legal head of Pornhub about a site that had like every single video from them and was a clear clone. They even have some load balancing in play which switches between different hosters to make DMCAs more difficult.
I only know that one tube (not Pornhub) will introduce this year forensic watermarking to their platform to find the users who download the stuff and spread it.
