Are you technically supposed to have a physical address that is open between certain hours? Yes you are but not many studios have this. As for a PO Box that would definitely not suffice.

That yes, you need to post a physical address where the records are kept (even if they are kept in cloud storage) and if you want to get technical, it is supposed to be address that is accessible during normal business hours. I didn’t ask about video productions, just websites in general so, yes you have to post the address on your website.
