Anyone know if 2257 docs are required for those who’s voices may have been captured on tape and / or appear in the video in a non-sexual role?
I’m working on some content I’m putting up for sale soon and am including some raw-unedited footage (outtakes) which includes the voice of one of the guy’s girlfriend. You can also see her briefly in the background.
I’m covered if it’s required as we always require signed releases and ID’s for anyone at the shoots. I’m just wondering if I need to provide them to the buyer(s).
