I meant PR 0 (as opposed to new sites that have not been allocated a PR yet)

Ummm, I never pald attention to the declarations, and did not think they really mattered unless its an international site - do they?
I use one program to create a basic template, then import it into anoter and add code and logic, and so on. Each has its own default but I had always ignored those generated lines.

You already submitted to Gay Blog Finder, but I don’t see GayXXXBlogs.com up there … I’d be more than happy to ad you! I’ll also do a trade with www.juststraightcocks.com if you wish… it’s PR2.

Added Queer Pixels to http://www.all-gay-porn.com/blog under Gay Tube Sites in the right sidebar. It’s a PR2 and just underwent a HUGE upgrade and facelift.

No, definitly not. My site is new so not all pages have a PR yet. They should soon all have PR3. But anyway, it doesnt matter what PR you have.
