Seth and Aaron are in the unique position of being porn stars who own the rights to all the videos they’re in. There are only a few porn stars who have they ability to erase their history in porn. It’s a unique situation because there’s a personal component to it. Yet, at the end of the day, they own the content, and we just have a license to use it. They’re rescinding the license and we just have to deal with it.
What is more interesting is what happen to there great opportunity? Yes…I am trying to be nosey…LOL. Two years ago they posted they are going out of business for better opportunities in the mainstream world, and now they are back doing porn again.
Is this a sign that its still better to stay in the porn industry??? Is the job opportunities suck now and no job security is the reason for coming back into the porn industry???
I often wonder the same thing â would I do better in mainstream? Honestly, I think you probably do well in whatever you enjoy and have a passion for. If you lack the passion it’s a lot harder to succeed.
I seem to recall others that got out of the biz only to get back in after life in the “real world”. The Club Amateur USA guy is one that comes to mind. Amateur Straight Guys might be another, and now maybe Fratmen? Filming hot guys naked seems like something it would be hard to give up, although as I get older I admit my interest in porn isn’t what it used to be.
According to what I’m seeing in my CCBill portal they haven’t turned their affiliate account back on… I’m seeing Percentage Payout $0.00 and Flat Rate Payout $0.00.
Its not possible to “re-sign up” currently as their webmaster program states “Not currently accepting new affiliates” that was initially my first thought
If you happen to speak with them again would you mind asking them to stop by this thread?
I’ve tried that email address from two different accounts and never heard back…
I’m using my old affiliate ID as well.
Inside CCBill’s affiliate portal I see that all payouts for their account are set to $0.00. Maybe it’s just me, who knows. Haven’t heard back from anyone else here if they see the same thing aside from Bjorn who appears to be getting paid.
I turned their links on for a bit and see clicks are counted but until I can find out why it doesn’t show 50% payouts like all other sponsors within CCBill I’ve disabled them again…
Just to clarify, ours also states 50%.
We removed all their links a while ago but if they’re coming back with something new we’re definitely interested in promoting it.
There doesn’t seem to be any mention of affiliate sign up on the new site, so does that mean their mysterious problem from back then was the affiliate side of things? Seems a bit odd they they wouldn’t want this new venture being promoted.
I think perhaps they are not that bothered with affiliates at this stage and rely on old fans or something. It’s a bit odd. They did reply a few times to me a couple of months ago but its gone quiet again.
It appears everyone is set to 50% except for my account for some strange reason. I checked my CCBill history and see I had sales right up through October of 2016 when they shut down and was even being paid for active rebills through January 2017… Then all went silent. Who knows… Oh well… I’ve deactivated their links till I hear back one way or another.
