Don’t even get me started. After complaining about numerous problems, and after having switched all my regular gmp sites to signature, they started delisting those switched sites stating I was not following the rules of signature sites, duh, they were switched from regular gmp, when I pointed out (after receiving an email from Alec trying to give his ‘educated’ input and answering with forwarded emails from his staff, stating those switched sites wouldn’t have to follow the signature rules, of course they go over to ignore.
Yes their stats are messed up as well, recurring dropping from both gmp and signature by over 65% in 1 month, no reply given, other stat problems not even being addressed, I am giving up on them, and most of you know I USED to, try, to defend them, hoping they would clear things up, obviously that is not the case. So be very cautious with them, at the least. And if things do not look right, they aren’t and complaining about it won’t get any reply.

Wow… Yeah, a lot of the same issues here as well. I’m not seeing the recurring that I should be seeing. I’ve been calling them on it and I just get ignored. Compared to two months ago, when I was getting back into it with them and switching over to signature, they were completely available. As soon as the problems showed up, they went MIA! Very dissapointed and not sure what to do with them!
Yeah I have all email messages ever received(dating back as far as over 10 years ago) from them with promises and roses and when they go back on their word from those emails and you forward the original emails from them, they all of a sudden ignore you because they know they’ve been, again, caught with their pants down.
So it’s been about 11 days regarding that stats error issue and the ticket I launched. Mike jumped in at day 7, I emailed him the proof, and once again, he’s gone! Same pattern as you.
