I need to get another 10 credit cards. Will that affect my credit rating?

Are they all different accounts? Yes it definitely can, having 10+ open accounts would be seen as a bigger risk to lenders. There's no magic number but generally between 2-6 is the recommended.

Yes they are different accounts. Apple is really cracking down on iphone sales now.

It certainly affects your rating here in the UK. Here the keep count on how many recent applications you have done and counts in a negative way.

Why do you need 10?

I don't think it really affects your rating if you can handle it all in the first place. Between my bf, me and our companies we have 25 credit cards. haha. And our credit score is in the high 700s. And we continue to get more and more credit card apps.

Ahh. I ship Iphones to someone. Apple is cracking down on how many you can buy per month on each credit card. And you can't pay cash.

Ahhh, what about getting some of those pre-paid credit cards from walmart or elsewhere?

That MAY work as long as the fees are not too high. Good idea.
