how does blogrolling.com work?

is it one of those add-ons that list visits from other sites?

Or, is it a link list manager that lets one add or delete other sites?

Or, a combo of both?

I went to the site, but the details weren't very detailed.

No idea, never heard of it before. I have noticed recently that there are some new sites and services offered trying link up sites.. I bet its just a new version of the old banner exchange programs which all proved to be rubbish.

It muddies the water because the traffic is recorded by Google analytics as having come from "blogroll" as opposed to the originating site.

So, I have a couple of sites now that use blogroll and I don't know how much traffic is being sent by which site. Also, there is no way to tell if one of the sites removes the links.

At best, blogroll is a flawed concept.
