You sure have placed some huge minimums on those domains when most of them are just parked domains, with obviously no traffic or anything going on. Good luck though. Good try to let bidder1, bidder2 and bidder3 place bids just below the minimum amount wanted! Cheaper to just let them expire and then register them for $ 4.95 once they become availble :)

If you think you might be interested after the auction you can email me when it closes in a few days, but I wouldn't wait if I were you.
I'm not sure what you're referring to about letting the domains expire, not sure why or how I would ever let that happen. :)
If you have any questions or want to make a deal, please email me: aj at gbucks.com
Thank you!

Decent names, but I do agree its a very high price for those names. I watch auctions and sites for sale and most sell for far less than people think.

I see your point... but you're only looking at the domains as "current revenue producers" and not taking into consideration the value of a good name for branding purposes. For instance "Thick.com" How nice of a brand could that turn out to be if you were to develop that? If I were going to put some serious money into a site and shoot content for it, I wouldn't think twice about dumping some decent money into a memorable name :)

I don't think you saw our point. Just because you think you created a 'cool name' doesn't make it worth $ 3000.00. Branding is not the same as thinking up a cool name. If you really saw potential in any of them, I would think you would have worked on them and earned decent money before selling it. Now 2x $0.00 equals 0, $ 0.00 being the amount earned on average in the last 2-3 years. It's called goodwill.:whip:

I can certainly respect your opinion, but it's just an opinion. :) Your conclusion on what the domains may be worth are all based on what "you think they are worth" and how you would develop them and what they're earning. That's all fine but I think the reality is that domains have different values to different developers, it really depends what industry you're in and what you are going to do with them. If you look at some of the bids already for thick.com and hotbodies.com this is probably way more than what you want to pay, but this is obvious evidence that not everyone comes to the same conclusion as you do my friend.
LOL, i don't want to start a debate on domain names, especially since I'm not even in the biz, I'm trying to sell some names that I've never had time to develop and obviously I'm trying to get as much as I can for them from anyone, not just adult wm's that's really it.
Domains are worth whatever someone wants to pay for them, you're not the right buyer, that's all.

I don't think many of us will be the right buyers to be honest with you. LOL. Not at those ridiculous prices. You're gouging someone who's probably clueless. If that's your thing, fine. Won't be me though.
I've got much better domains than those I registered for $25 a year with ID protection. Sure, they're not bad domain names you've got there and could be good for branding. But $4999?! You think you'll actually get that?

Yeah I saw those bids from bidder1, bidder2 and bidder3, looks to me like they are legitimate bidders, just staying a doller on the minimum list price, nice try though, but most of us in the business have been around the block a couple of times.

I have to wonder what kind of adult branding a domain like thick.com could do for someone anyway. I suppose it could eventually have something to do with thick cocks, or thickly built women. But I'm not seeing it as SEO friendly really. It would have to be used for mainstream. $9999 though. That's just outrageous. There's a sucker born every minute as they say.

I doubt there are suckers like that on this site though :)

That is actually a really good domain name. When you are looking at branding a site you are not really looking at SEO.
Let's be real. How many people Googled "broke straight boys" before we launched the site?
Now check how many Google it every day.
Thick.com is a damn good domain name actually. I also like sexzone, though it is a bit high priced.
