last week i sent a message to musician's friend support. it asked for my email and created a ticket when they responded, i discovered they were replying not to one of my emails but to several. i don't even keep a list of these emails in my computer and i don't use any integrated emails like outlook. i wasn't logged into musician's friend at the time - and as far as i know, i never had an account there, although perhaps years ago i asked them questions - but we'd be talking over 6 years.
so what am i overlooking? how are they responding to this ticket at several of my email addresses when they should only have one?
