It's looking better than what I remember of the previous version. Good job. I do have a few suggestions though:

1. I notice a lot of your text is actually contained in an image. That won't help you much when it comes to having the search engines indexing that page. Which you certainly want. They love text as we all know.

2. In the blue image, the JOIN US should stand out more and should definitely be a link to your join page. In my opinion there should be a few Join Now links inbetween your thumbnail previews as well. Something that stands out too.

3. Autostarting flash videos are pretty controversial as to whether surfers like them or not. Some people believe they're necessary, while many think they're not. If you actually look at the concept of an autoplaying flash video, it's counterproductive to grabbing a surfer. If they're trying to hide the fact they're surfing your site, the last thing they want is to have someone hear a porn video start up. Imagine if their partner, boss or whomever hears that. Not good.

Just some food for thought. I do write reviews as part of my living and have heard things like this from my peers.

Best of luck with it and I truly hope you find a tour which will convert well for you. Your hard work and diligence will pay off I'm sure.
