That's pretty much the gist of it.

Podcasts have to be subscribed to, however. YouTube is open to anyone who clicks the link. The subject of this first "webisode" is an important one as a lot of people are really confused about this issue.

I think it's a fantastic idea. I've spent the last few weeks working with a designer who lives in another city. We've been putting in a content management system on one of my sites. He gave me online tutorials. So we'd hook up through ICQ, plug in our microphones, and talk. He'd walk me through the CMS and tell me what to do and it was brilliant. So much easier to grasp and learn.

So I think the same would go for your videos, Rand. They'll be an excellent tool.
