Bjorn brought up the matter of tagging his posts, and I wonder, how many tag their posts, and how many tags do you use?

In principle, the tags are supposed to be other identifying words for the surfer to find a particular post, similar to using the search function, but it is also good for giving the search engines a tasty nibble.

So how many tags do you use per post?

And do you think that the more you use per post, could be taken in a poor light by the Search Engines, making them think it is keyword stuffing?

My solution for "how many tags" vs. "creating an SEO problem" was to exclude tags (as well as archives) from my sitemap. That way the search engine will not think I am spamming by having lots of duplicate content on pages.

As far as keyword stuffing goes, I limit myself to the key words, not every single desirable word in the entry!
