Does AEBN respond to your emails? It's really frustrating here. After 3 months of trying to reach them to make some changes on our account and inquire when our DVD's we gave them 5 months ago would go live on their system I finally got a response by CCing every rep and Manager I could find in the company. I thought they were going to finally take care of things for me, but upon following up on the email they sent back it's gone back to total silence from them. Over the last month now I've sent several emails to Trevor, their Content Manager and tried another email where I CC'd their whole staff but it's like talking to a wall.
