I've recently been receiving a lot of spam to my personal email account from a single source.

Some clever little shit has setup so that all replies to their spam goes to my mail server.. Which means that I now get loads of "unsubscribe me" messages and worse..

It's all from the same domain, but I don't know if they are in turn hijacked by a spammer.

People are replying to gayblackvideostore.com

What can I do against something like this? Is there anything that can be done if you know the domain thats involved?

The alleged sender (email address) in spam messages is almost never the real email address of the spammer. You won't reach the spammer by replying to his spam emails. The only thing you can do is to report the spam to services such as http://www.spamcop.net/anonsignup.shtml (you will have to register first).

You might also put the subject lines of his spam messages into your spam filtering software so they end up in the spam folder instead of your inbox.

Unfortunately, this goes on all the time. Spammers pick an email address at random as the return address and send out all their spam with YOUR return address. In some cases, people have had to abandon email addresses they've had for years.

You can also have people *intentionally* trying to ruin you, sending out spams to tens of thousands of people that mention your site or service, with your return address, in a derogatory way. Those are known as "joe-jobs" and particularly difficult because the recipients get pissed and don't believe you when you say you didn't send the spam.

Not really a whole lot you can do about it, unless they are sending to randomaddress@gaydemon.com and you have your "catch-all" alias turned on. If so, you can turn off everything but the actual addresses you use.
