one very busy board i used to post on used little jerk for posters with under 100 posts and big jerk for posters over 100 posts, and people really enjoyed getting to be a big jerk. right now, i used newbie for newcomers to the board.
so the question - should we have ranks for people who post over say 100 and 500, and if so, what should we call them? serious posters? board whores?
or should we go without ranks and simply have our own titles?

I think this board should incorporate GayDemon, as I said with the support forum for it. I think maybe lets keep with the theme, maybe "post angel" "post demon" and "post devil"
Those don't really sound good, but I think something along those lines could be really awesome, and help to build a personality for this board.

Glad quotes are working! I would still like to see different levels of posters have something to do with demons, devil and angels, a mix of them all, I think it would be great for the board!

How about different levels of demons. We could start off with Imp, then Rascal, then Little Devil, then Demon.

i have a fear of too much cuteness - but if everyone wants this... btw, there are no demons on any level called rascals. it would be more like imp, incubus, demon master... and bjorn, you have a custom title, so it won't show for you.
i can see i'm outvoted already, but i was hoping to have titles to do with webmastering... i'm just no fun.

There's nothing that says we have to stick to some strict and official hierarchy of Hell, I thought Rascal added a bit of fun.

Not so much keen on custom titles. But how about until post 100 you are a saint, then you become a sinner.
