Does anyone know a good cgi or php banner ad program that enables you to display banner ads with text as well?

I guess I should have said i'm looking for a program that will display not just linked text below the banner image but plain site review text. I did find one program call Dynads (www.robusthost.com) but i'm not sure how well it works.

Yes OpenX can do text ads as well as any other type of ads.

But you need decent server to run it if you have a busy site.
