Press releases - where do you submit?

WHen you create press releases, to what sites do you submit them?

I'm thinking AVN and Xbiz.. are there others worth sending press releases to?

I believe when you submit to Xbiz you can choose to have it submitted to others as well. Or is that avn. One or the other.

Don't know if they are 'worth' it but there is Klixxx, YNot, Booble Nation (mostly straight) whistle
