Countries Banned from Affiliate?

Do you guys know which countries are usually banned from being an affiliate? How about if someone wanna move to those countries like in some countries in Asia, what would they do?

you tell the programs you're promoting that you're moving there. Most programs 'bend' the banned counties thing for webmasters that aren't dicks/thieves/etc
