BOULDER, CO -- Andrew Libby was a man on a mission – and if he needed to break the law in order to accomplish his moral crusade, then so be it. Alas for his desire to bust porn’s alleged rampant use of minors there not only were no minors to save but pretending to be a police officer in order to save them is not something the authorities take lightly.
