How do we download our customer emails with CCBill?

I've been doing a test run with my new CCBill accounts this weekend but can't find out how to download the customer data for my records.

Anyone know how to do this?

So you want the email list of all of your members?

Reports>members>select subaccount>check box for "show email addresses">choose to show 500 results per page on the lower right... then copy and paste the report into Excel where you can extract the email addresses.

There may be an easier way but I don't know about it. Maybe ask CCbill support? They have the live chat now which seems to be a lot easier to get quick answers.

If you want to merge them into your contacts in Outlook, download them as a cv or if you want shoot me a priv email.

Once the report has ran there is a little picture of a diskette in the upper right-hand corner of the admin screen, this will allow you to download the report via multiple formats.
