partner accounts

Hi -

It has been about 2 years since I submitted anything myself to TGP / MPG's - so, alas, all my partner accounts are dead and gone.

Now, as I search through my archives, I am having a devil of a time reaching any of the TGP / MPG webmasters.

So - where does one now post to get partner accounts, and how does one reach TGP webmasters to encourage them to join your affiliate program?
