My neighbour popped a note under the door asking if he could use my wireless connection for a couple of weeks for checking emails etc. I said of course and gave him the details.

Yesterday my internet kept going dodgy and cutting out. I had a look on the router and he'd attached 3 computers and one Wii! He was online gaming! Why lie?

Anyway, I cut him off and changed all the security. That will teach him.

Last night my network monitoring software informed me that I have an intruder on the network. I had bought a new router and had not gotten around to setting a password...I quickly changed setting and blocked their access!

Yep! I know how frustrating it can be when you first move in somewhere, waiting for the internet to be connected so thought I'd do my bit. He will just have to wait for his own connection now, the greedy bastard!
