How can I get super clear video like this?

I was looking at AfterEllen.com and the videos are so clear!

the videos on my site are so crappy, the audio is bad, everything sucks. I want to redo my video.

how do they do it so clear on AfterEllen? anyone know?

well, for starters you need a higher quality camcorder - preferably one that shoots uncompressed video - and good lighting. also i get clearer flash videos if i work from higher quality source video, so when i work from a 400x300 WMV, i might have the bitrate up at around 1400k rather than the 400 to 500k i'll use when i convert it to flash. when working with the exact same videos, but working from a WMV at around 500k, the results aren't as purty.

I have to agree also with what Basschick has to say all very important but the next step is equally imprtant and that is the encoding into flash. What are you using? are you taking the time to accurately manipulate the output in the encoder? these are all equally important.
there are some very good tutorials out there on sorenson sparks pro engine and such be good to check them out also.

To be honest, I don't find that video "so clear". Try maximizing the screen.

I dont understand why I can upload this to youtube and its clear and sounds fie, but on my site it sounds like someones dragging a camera across the microphone.

Normally with youtube its the other way round it turns them into shit.. The vid was not crystal clear but it was not as bad as some I have seen that some sponsors expect people to promote.. mainly in the straight niches..

Besides MrMax my stomach is slightly bigger than yours, its nearly at the point where I have to pull it in so I can see where I am aiming my dick whilst taking a piss lol so your not alone with weight problem at least :)

i've seen worse. better lighting would help immensely.

btw, it's unhealthy to lose that much weight in that short a period. you will end up losing a lot of muscle mass if you lose weight that fast, and in the long run that would mean your body would burn less calories while moving, resting and sleeping.
